§ 11.31.070 DETERMINATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS.
   The City Council shall, from time to time, deter-mine and fix an amount to be assessed as admini-strative costs (excluding the actual cost of removal of any vehicle or part thereof) under this chapter.
