§ 11.28.100 PARKING OF TAXICABS REGULATED.
   The City Council, by resolution, is hereby authorized to restrict the parking of taxicabs. In the absence of any such action on the part of the City Council, taxicabs are subject to regulations applicable to all other vehicles.
