§ 11.20.020 DESIGNATION OF ADDITIONAL THROUGH HIGHWAYS AND STOP INTERSECTIONS.
   The City Council may by resolution designate other highways as through highways or boulevards and require that all vehicles stop before entering or crossing the same, or designate any intersection as a stop intersection, and require all vehicles to stop at one or more entrances to such intersection.
