§ 9.93.010 UNLOCKED VEHICLES ON SALES LOTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle dealer as defined in Cal. Vehicle Code § 285 to leave the ignition key in the ignition lock of any unoccupied vehicle located on the premises of the principal place of business of any such dealer or on any lot, site or location operated and maintained by any such dealer in conjunction with his established place of business.
