Every person is guilty of a misdemeanor who without the permission, express or implied of the owner, tenant or person in lawful possession or control thereof, enters into, upon, on or across the posted property of another if such property is used for or designed to be used for any one or more of the following purposes:
(A) Oil refineries,
(B) Oil tank farms,
(C) The transmission of electricity, oil, gas, gasoline or any product of petroleum,
(D) Aqueducts,
(E) Reservoirs,
(F) Power plants,
(G) Electric transformers,
(H) Airplane manufacturing plants,
(I) Uses appurtenant or incidental to any of the uses above described. Every person who so enters is guilty of a separate offense for each day during any portion of which he enters upon or remains upon such property.
