§ 9.64.020 UNLAWFUL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PUBLIC INVITED OR FEE CHARGED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, organization or association to commit any of the acts prohibited by § 9.64.010, regardless of whether the public is invited to such events or whether a charge is made for admission.
