§ 9.60.050 EXEMPTIONS.
   This section shall not apply to radio stations, either radio telephone broadcast or wireless stations, commercial or amateur, licensed by the federal government and which are engaged in interstate communication or to public utilities operating under the supervision of the Railroad Commission of the state.
