§ 9.60.020 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PURPOSES OF INSPECTION; INTERFERENCE WITH INSPECTING OFFICERS.
   The City Manager or his duly authorized deputy shall have the right to enter upon any premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of inspecting the installation, working and operation of all electrical or other devices or apparatus to determine if such devices or apparatus comply with the terms of this chapter and it shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the City Manager or his duly authorized deputy, in making any such inspection or to refuse to permit the City Manager or his duly authorized deputy to enter upon any premises for such purpose.
