§ 9.48.020 SOLICITATION UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person upon any public street or in any rooming house, hotel, park or other place in the city to solicit a person of the opposite sex to whom he is not married, to have sexual intercourse with such person so soliciting.
