§ 9.40.060 CITY-SPONSORED EVENTS.
   The decision to sponsor or cosponsor an event shall be made by the City Manager with the con-currence of the City Council. Parade permit applica-tions shall be exempt from fees and public liability insurance requirements when the event is sponsored or cosponsored by the city.
