§ 9.30.030 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates Cal. Health & Safety Code § 25507 shall be subject to the penalties specified in Cal. Health & Safety Code § 25515. This section is supplemental to and in addition to any other civil or criminal liability or penalty provided by law.
