§ 9.28.270 PROVISIONS INAPPLICABLE TO NEWSPAPER EXEMPT UNDER STATE OR FEDERAL CONSTITUTION.
   The provisions of §§ 9.28.220 through 9.28.260 shall not apply to any newspaper of general circula-tion which shall be exempt under the Constitution of the United States or the constitution of the state.
