§ 9.20.030 TELEPHONE CALLS WITH INTENT TO ANNOY OR INTERFERE WITH ORDERLY OPERATION OF POLICE OR FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   No person or persons shall telephone the Police or Fire Department with the intent to annoy the Police Department or Fire Department or interfere with the orderly operation of the departments. The telephone calls shall include, but not be limited to, those calls in violation of Cal. Penal Code § 653m.
