§ 9.12.050 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.
   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 9.12.060 to the contrary, every parent, guardian or other person having the legal care, custody or control of any person under the age of 18 years who allows or permits such person to violate any of the provisions of the preceding section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
