§ 9.08.050 FLYING OR CARRYING PASSENGERS WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS OR DRUGS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to navigate an aircraft over the city while under the influence of, using or having personal possession of intoxicating liquor, cocaine or other habit-forming drugs, nor shall such person carry passengers who are obviously under the influence of intoxicating liquor, cocaine or other habit-forming drugs.
