§ 9.08.020 ACROBATIC FLYING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to acrobatically fly any aircraft over the city.
   (B)   Acrobatic flying means intentional maneuvers not necessary to air navigation. Parachute jumping comes within this category.
