§ 9.04.060 PLACING ADVERTISEMENTS ON BUILDINGS, TREES, FENCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to paint, post, attach or otherwise affix any sign, notice, handbill, advertisement or other device upon any public building, bridge fence or other property belonging to the city, or upon any tree situated within any public street, highway, park, parkway or other public place within the city.
