§ 6.04.090 CODE SECTION 537: LOCATION OF CHEMICAL TOILETS.
   In lieu of Section 537 of the Public Health Code the following section is hereby adopted:
   Sec. 537. LOCATION OF CHEMICAL TOILETS. It shall be unlawful to construct, maintain, or keep chemical toilets except at a construction site and not within 35 feet from any residence or dwelling, or other building used for the habitation of human beings, nor within any public street or place.
