The following section is hereby added to the Public Health Code:
Sec. 458. HAWKER'S VEHICLE PROHIBITED IN VICINITY OF SCHOOLS. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, agent, employee or otherwise, to keep, maintain or conduct, or to cause, or permit to be kept, maintained or conducted, any lunch, meal or eating cart, wagon or stand, in or upon any public street, sidewalk, alley, court or other public place within 300 feet of the nearest property line of any property upon which a public school building is located.
