§ 5.72.010 DISMANTLING OR DISASSEMBLING AUTOMOBILES; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, or to carry on, within the city, the business of dismantling or disassembling automobiles or auto trucks, or selling the parts of dismantled automobiles without having first obtained from the City Council a license therefor.
