§ 5.50.030 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person may establish or operate an adult business within the city without first obtaining, and continuing to maintain in full force and effect, an adult business permit and a business license from the city.
   (B)   Every adult business permit is subject to the development and operational standards of this chapter, and the regulations of the zoning district in which the business is located.
