§ 5.46.020 PRESENCE OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
   If a permit is issued for a youth dance pursuant to this chapter and such dance is conducted in full compliance with the provisions of this chapter, a minor may attend such dance even if not accom-panied by a parent, guardian or spouse if such minor is within the designated age group indicated on the permit.
