§ 5.38.130 PERMIT NOT TO AUTHORIZE UNLAWFUL GAMES.
   No permit issued by the City Tax and License Collector shall authorize the conduct of any game which is prohibited by any law of the state or this code, and any such permit issued in violation thereof shall be void.
