§ 5.32.010 BEGGING IN PUBLIC PLACE PROHIBITED.
   No person shall beg, ask, solicit or receive alms for his own benefit, or for the benefit of any other person, firm, association or corporation, in or upon any street, sidewalk or park, or in or upon any doorway, hallway, entrance to a building or lot in the city.
