§ 5.30.130 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in § 1.12.010 of this code.
   (B)   Each separate act of soliciting under this chapter without a license therefor shall constitute a separate offense.
