If the City Treasurer shall determine that the permit required by § 5.08.140 may be issued to the applicant for a certain number of days, he or she shall then issue the permit. Such permit shall give the name of the person to whom it is issued, the name of the auctioneer who will conduct the sale and the dates and places where such sale may be conducted.
