§ 3.24.060 DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY NOT SUITABLE FOR SALE.
   Should any property be given into the possession of the Police Department which may not be properly offered for sale, or which remains unsold after being offered twice for sale at public auction, the Chief of Police shall report the same to the City Council. The Council may thereupon order the sale, destruction or other disposition thereof as the public interest may require.
