§ 3.24.050 RETURN AND RESALE OF ARTICLES NOT SOLD AT AUCTION.
   Should any property be offered for sale at auction as provided by the preceding section and no bids received, such property shall be restored to the custody of the Chief of Police, and again offered for sale at the next opportunity. It shall not be necessary, however, to offer such property for sale more than twice.
