§ 3.24.005 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO PROPERTY FOUND OR SAVED.
   The disposition of property found or saved shall be regulated by the provisions of Chapter 3.23 of the Alhambra Municipal Code. The provisions of this Chapter 3.24 with respect to unclaimed property shall apply to such property found or saved only if such property cannot be disposed of under the provisions of Chapter 3.23 of the Alhambra Municipal Code.
