§ 2.44.090 NONMEMBERS NOT TO WEAR OR CARRY INSIGNIA OR CARDS.
   No person shall wear, carry, or display any police reserve organization identification card or insignia or otherwise represent himself to be connected with the Police Reserve Organization, unless he in fact is a member thereof.
