§ 2.44.040 DUTIES OF CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Chief of the City Police Department shall have complete authority, control and command, subject to the provisions of this chapter and subject to the approval of the City Manager and the City Council, over the Police Reserve Organization. He shall provide for the training of candidates for membership, and for the further training of members.
