§ 2.44.010 CREATED.
   (A)   A Police Reserve Organization for the city is hereby created which shall be a voluntary organiza-tion and which is hereby specifically excluded from the civil service or personnel system of the city.
   (B)   The organization shall be known as the Alhambra Police Reserve Organization.
