§ 2.41.080 MEETINGS, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, RULES AND REGULATIONS, TIE VOTE, QUORUM.
   (A)   Meetings, record, open to the public. Meetings of the Commission shall be held on an as-needed basis, until otherwise provided for in the city's historic preservation ordinance (once adopted), and shall be subject to the requirements of the California Brown Act. All such meetings shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Rules and regulations. Except as hereinafter provided in division (D) or otherwise provided by City Council ordinance or resolution, the Commission shall make and enforce its own rules and regulations with respect to its meetings.
   (C)   Quorum. A majority of the voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
   (D)   Tie vote. In the event of a tie vote, the matter upon which such vote is being cast shall fail to pass.
