§ 2.38.030 COMPOSITION, APPOINTMENT AND TERM OF OFFICE, QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Composition. The Alhambra Human Relations Commission shall consist of five members. Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation.
   (B)   Appointment, term of office. Each member of the City Council shall appoint one member of the Commission, whose terms shall expire at the second regular meeting of the Alhambra City Council in March of 2023. At that same meeting, and annually thereafter, each member of the City Council shall appoint one member of the Commission, whose term will end at the second regular City Council meeting of the following March. No person appointed to the Commission shall serve more than eight consecutive yearly terms.
   (C)   Qualifications. All voting members of the Commission shall be residents of the city.
