The Commission shall fulfill those duties established in Alhambra Municipal Code Chapter 23.81, and in addition thereto, shall develop plans and make recommendations to the Alhambra City Council pertaining to city-sponsored cultural events and activities in public places throughout the city, which events and/or activities shall reflect, honor, and celebrate the history and diversity of our community and its citizens.
