§ 2.34.090 ADVISORY BOARD TO CITY COUNCIL.
   The Transportation Commission shall act as an advisory board to the City Council with respect to traffic and transportation matters and any other matters which may be assigned to it from time to time by the City Council, and shall make investigations and recommendations as to such matters directly to the City Council in an advisory capacity.
