§ 2.28.070 ACT AS ADVISORY BOARD.
   The Parks and Recreation Commission shall act as consulting and advisory board to the city and shall make recommendations in an advisory capacity as to matters pertaining to recreation, and such other subjects as have to do with the orderly and consistent development of parks and recreation.
