The membership of any voting member on the Parks and Recreation Commission shall be terminated if that person fails to call the office of Parks and Recreation and report their absence prior to the regular meeting. The Commissioner shall be terminated if they are absent from three regular meetings of the Commission during his or her one- year term of office. Such vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired term by an appointment pursuant to division (B) of § 2.28.020 of this code.
