§ 2.27.100 DECISION IN WRITING; APPEAL.
   (A)   Decision in writing. The Design Review Board shall notify the applicants of its decision in writing. There shall be a ten-day appeal period, after which the decision shall become final.
   (B)   Appeal. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Design Review Board, including the Director of Community Development or any Planning Commissioner, may appeal the decision to the Planning Commission in accordance with the procedures for appeals as provided in Chapter 23.76 of this code.
