§ 2.23.020 HCDA CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE CREATED.
   In order to carry out the declared purpose of this chapter there is hereby created and established a general community-wide Citizens' Advisory Committee to be known as the HCDA Citizen Advisory Committee. This Committee shall supersede and take the place of the Citizens' Advisory Committee established and created by Resolution No. R74-177 of the City Council.
