§ 2.22.090 ADMINISTERING OATHS, SUBPOENAS.
   Each member of the Board shall have the power to administer oaths. The City Clerk shall issue subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum under the seal of the city. The Chief of Police shall cause such subpoenas to be served. Willful failure to appear to testify in response to any subpoena or to produce any item in response to a subpoena duces tecum shall constitute a misdemeanor.
