§ 2.22.060 FINALITY OF DECISIONS.
   The decisions of the Board of Appeals on all matters within its jurisdiction shall be final and there shall be no right of appeal therefrom to the City Council, except when matters are assigned to the Board of Appeals by the City Council in which the City Council either is requesting a recommendation to the City Council or reserving to the applicant the right to appeal to the City Council.
