§ 2.22.030 DUTIES
     The Board of Appeals shall conduct hearings and render decisions on all quasi-judicial and other general classes of matters assigned to the Board of Appeals by the City Council. Such general classes of matters may be either the original determination of issues or the review of previous city administrative decisions.
