§ 2.20.050 DISASTER COUNCIL; MEETINGS.
   The Disaster Council shall meet upon call of the chairman or in his absence from the city or inability to call such a meeting, upon the call of the vice-chairman. In the event of the absence or inability to act of both the chairman and the vice-chairman, then the Disaster Council shall meet upon the call of the municipal officer of the city acting as acting Director of Emergency Services/EOC Director.
