§ 2.41.020 PURPOSE OF COMMISSION.
   The Commission shall advise the City Council on the draft historic context statement once it is completed, and then subsequently on the draft historic resource survey, and then the drafting of a historic preservation ordinance intended to achieve State of California Office of Historic Preservation Certified Local Government Program (CLG) status. Once the ordinance is prepared and adopted by the City Council, the Commission shall undertake such duties as are described in that historic preservation ordinance.
