§ 23.82.050 MONITORING.
   The city, through the Department of Community Development, shall monitor effected development projects for compliance with the applicable provisions contained herein, as a part of the site inspection provisions consistent with the certificate of occupancy procedure in the City Municipal Code § 23.08.050.
