The following developments or modifications, alterations and additions to the developments are exempt from this chapter: low or moderate housing, senior housing, performing arts facilities, museums, public buildings, interior remodel/tenant improvements and national disaster repairs/rebuilding required by code. This exemption shall apply only as long as the exempt use is maintained.
