§ 23.72.040 HEARING AND NOTICE.
   Upon receipt in proper form of a zoning map amendment application or initiation of a resolution of intention and following investigation, public hearing shall be set and notice of such hearings given, in a manner consistent with the requirements contained in Chapter 23.76 of this title.
