A temporary use permit approved by the Director shall be required for all uses listed in this chapter, issued prior to the commencement of the use. A public hearing shall not be required for the issuance of a temporary use permit. Applications for the permits shall be secured and filed with the Department of Community Development pursuant to Chapter 23.80 of this time. A permit shall not be required for events which occur in theaters, meeting halls or other permanent public assembly facilities. Temporary uses may be subject to additional permits, other departmental approvals and licenses and inspec-tions as required by any applicable laws or regulations.
