§ 23.56.080 REMOVAL OF ILLEGAL NONCONFORMING BUILDINGS AND USES.
   Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed or implied so as to allow for the continuation of illegal nonconforming buildings and uses. The uses shall be removed immediately upon notification by the Director, subject to the provisions of Chapter 23.14 of this title.
